RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
RETURN
You have the option to return ordered goods within 30 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
The conditions for return are:
- The product must not show signs of use.
- The product should be complete, with the original packaging and tags attached.
- The original proof of purchase and a completed return form must be included with the returned products.
- To make a return, you must inform us via email at contact@endlesshugs.com, and then send the order to the address ul. Stanisława Konarskiego 3, 62-020 Swarzędz
- The refund for the order will be made no later than within 14 days from the day we receive the completed return form, to the specified bank account.
- The cost of transport is covered by the buyer.
COMPLAINTS

To make a complaint, you must inform us via email at contact@endlesshugs.com, and then send the products to the address: ENDLESS HUGS, ul. Stanisława Konarskiego 3, 62-020 Swarzędz
- The complaint should include:
- the details of the person making the complaint (name and surname, correspondence address, email address, and contact phone number);
- indication of the reason for the complaint and the content of the request;
- Order number as shown in the Order confirmation;
- a photo of the defective goods must be attached
3. The original proof of purchase must be included with the complained products.
4. The complaint will be processed within 14 days. We will inform you via email about how the complaint will be resolved.
EXCHANGES
We do not allow product exchanges. The unsuitable product should be returned according to the Store's return policy, and then a new order should be placed.
